MKX battery died at work in ADGM - emergency service saved me

Had one of those mornings today where everything goes wrong. Rushed to work in ADGM, parked in the basement, came out after a meeting and my MKX was completely dead. Wouldn't even unlock with the fob properly. I had back to back meetings and no time to deal with a tow truck or trying to find a garage. Started panicking and searching online for help. Found an Emergency Lincoln battery shop in Abu Dhabi that does mobile service and called them up fully expecting to be told they'd come tomorrow or something. The guy was actually really professional, asked about the car and said he had the right battery in stock and could be there in about an hour. He arrived in 50 minutes, tested the old battery which was completely finished, then fitted a new Motorcraft battery which is what Lincoln uses from the factory apparently. He used a memory saver so I didn't lose all my seat memory and radio presets, and even checked that the charging system was working properly. Car started perfectly and I made it to my next meeting only slightly late. If your Lincoln dies on you in the city, these guys are worth knowing about.
